waste energy in resistance and become more present to life’s
unfolding gifts.
Track Two

of those around you as you begin to live with a greater sense

- Vipassana meditation is a way of self-transformation
through self-observation. It focuses on attention to the breath
and the observation of our thoughts rather than attachment to
them resulting in increased awareness and peace. ( 10 minutes
